Polypropylene fiber twisted bundle is a kind of high performance fiber used in construction engineering. It is made by special processing, wire drawing and surface treatment. PP fiber has the advantages of high breaking strength, high tensile strength, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, good dispersibility in concrete, strong binding force and no damage to mixing equipment. It is widely used in cement concrete.

Product Function

Instruction
Recommended dosage: When the anti-crack reinforcement requirements are high, it is recommended to add fiber 3kg-6kg/m3.
Anticrack reinforcement requirements Generally, add pp twisted bundle fiber 1kg~1.5kg/m3 and pp mesh fiber 0.4kg~0.6kg/m3 mixed use,the effect is more effective.
Mixing process: Add aggregate→add fiber → add cement →add water →stir →add water ,disperse the fibers completely.
Packaging Details
Packaging: Inner plastic bag 1kg-3kg/bag, outer woven bag or carton 10kg-20kg/bag
or carton,400kgs per pallet. Packaging according to user requirements.
